A finding that says your document addresses something has to prove it, so each quote is searched for in the document you uploaded. A quote that cannot be found fails the whole report rather than being delivered. An audit that invents evidence would be worse than no audit at all.
The report tests your document against the obligations that apply to you. It does not assess your workplace, and it does not fill in risk ratings, because that is an assessment only you can make.
